Sheena was GREAT!!! She assisted me with both property management (renting) and the sale of my property. She always provided me with updates and any changes in a timely manner. Did I mention I didn't live in the same city as my property....??? I couldn't have asked for a better representative. She took her time to explain all items of concern and then upon request acted promptly on anything that was needed. I was referred to Teresa at Signature RE by another out of state owner - she had switched over from another property mgmt company we both were using that was a major pain with constant tenant turnover and repairs required. I switched as well and wish I would have found Teresa/Signature sooner. Since then, she has also helped manage the rehab and leasing of another rental property for me, as well as for an investor friend that I referred to Teresa since he was having a hard time finding someone reliable to rehab and lease his place. Shannon is amazing!! Not only did she help us find a beautiful home but she even connected us to a great contractor after our home was bought. During the buying process she was always patient, encouraging, and responsive. Especially when we thought we found the perfect home 3 times only to learn that it was taken by others. If I didn’t have Kevin managing my properties, I would likely sell them. I have rented homes for a number of years and I have experienced most of the difficult things that can happen when renting. You have to get a reliable tenant, you have to keep the property up with cost effective maintenance and you have to diplomatically manage the concerns of the tenant. To get all of those qualities, the field gets narrowed down very quickly. Kevin is highly experienced and knows how to identify and steer away from trouble.
